Well Wagon is a community art space on wheels, partly funded by USW Bright Ideas Den.
The project invites the public to engage in creative and mindful activities, such as writing, arts & crafts, breathing exercises, to benefit their mental health and wellbeing.
The informal and public setting allows for people of all age, ability, race, religion or background to partake in creative work.
Art for the many, not the few.. In fact, Well Wagon runs on a donation basis.
All profits from the donations go towards funding the costs of the art materials, for yourself or the next person!

Bright Ideas Den are funds for freelancers from the University of South Wales.
I applied and gained funds for the project during lockdown; it is my creative proposal to tackle isolation through collaboration.
The sketches are the original designs that were shown to the funders, made with watercolour and fine-liner on brown paper.
With the money from BID, I ordered a bike cargo as a base to build the structure upon.
During Summer 2021 me and my father designed and built the workshop space using the same funds.
The whole structure is made of fir wood, the table folds out, seating three people comfortably.
There are differently sized drawers to store art materials and other necessities, there is also an umbrella hold to provide coverage for the participants.
